Terms

A little support.
A clear understanding.

What a token means

A token is money you give to support a person’s work. Gifts are one-time and shown in US dollars.

What your gift supports

You are backing the person and what they make. A gift does not buy API credits, ownership, a product or a promised reward.

After you give

Confirmation and receipt screens show the gift and its status. If a payment is still being checked, resolve its status before trying again.

What we charge

We take 5% of each gift. There is no monthly fee and no charge for having a page. Stripe charges its own processing fee on top of that.

Refunds

A gift is support, not a purchase, so it is not refundable simply on request. If something is wrong, ask the creator first — the decision is theirs. We will step in for a duplicate charge, a card used without permission, or work that was promised and never arrived. Write to help@giftmetokens.ai.

If a payment is disputed

When a card holder disputes a gift, the disputed amount and the processor’s dispute fee come out of the creator’s balance. We will help build the case, and the bank’s decision is final. These take two to three months.

Creators

You are responsible for what you put on your page and for anything you promise in return for support. We can remove a page that breaks these terms or the law. Payouts are made through Stripe once you complete their checks.
